The Domestic Energy Performance Certificate or EPC, is a standard five page document produced from the information taken by the Domestic Energy Assessor. |

Page 1: of the EPC shows graphically the current SAP and EIR rating together with the potential SAP and EIR rating. The bottom half of the page shows the annual energy consumption and Carbon Dioxide emission together with the annual costs for heating, lighting, and hot water along with potential reductions. |
|
Page 2: of the EPC give details of the DEA, how to ascertain the EPC is genuine and how to make a complaint. Lower down the page are details of the building’s performance and how it impacts on the environment. |

Page 3: of the EPC summarises the home’s energy performance related features. |
|
Page 4: of the EPC gives the Lower Cost Measures, Higher Cost Measures and Further Measures |
