DEA Lincolnshire are accredited to undertake all types of Domestic, Commercial, Display Energy Certificate and New Build energy assessments. In addition we are also BREEAM in use Auditors. We give a fast and efficient service, from receiving the instructions to delivering the EPC, NDEPC, DEC, PEA or SAP/SBEM compliance calculations. Whenever we carry out an Energy Assessment we are very conscious that we are entering someone's home or business and we are always courteous and careful.
